ExCo Elections (19 May)
*The election is conducted on a normal Tuesday club session. All members have to be present to vote, attendance will be taken. **Election will commence promptly at 4.15pm. ExCo candidates are required to report to the classroom latest by 4.10pm (if lesson ends at 4.00pm) Venue: A300 Time: 4.10pm Instructions for ExCo Candidates: 1. Prepare a short speech no more than 2 minutes. No restrictions to content. Anything that can win the heart of the club members. 2. Q&A session after all the speech. Each candidate will take a maximum of 3 questions (from the floor and current ExCo) Members and ExCo candidates will cast their votes after Q&A session. Each person is entitled to 6 votes each. The votes will be counted immediately after the voting. Outcome of the 2nd JCC ExCo will be announced on the same day. For members, please give your fullest support for the ExCo candidates For candidates, all the best for the very last stretch of the ExCo election process. Labels: Announcements
